Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can assist you promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Swifty Mart will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

If approved:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
